		<description>Lovemarks are kind of one of those things that sound awesome, but are a bit empty. Sure, they spread love for a brand, but they aren't really about encouraging people to be nicer to one another.

I have the book Lovemarks from years ago. I really dug the concept back then. But what I grew to realize more and more is that it was a way of tapping into customers emotionally and exploiting it for better sales. I'm not entirely comfortable with that.

Maybe we can re-appropriate it.</description>
